Awesome first time user of this service. I was updated by text from the company of my pickup and my driver. Luis Salazar was great contacting me as soon as my plane arrived providing me with his car and plate number and where he would pick me up. Highly recommended service.

my family used ohare taxi & limo service for our family of 5 including two littles who require car seats. our driver luis, made sure each car seat was facing the correct direction and everyone was comfortable and secure. he was our driver for both rides to/from the airport and we will be requesting him again for future trips. he knew when we landed before my phone service even came back on! it was like magic! very prompt, efficient, safe, and kind. so glad we found this service when we decided last minute we didn’t want to take the cta all the way to ohare. thanks luis!!!
